Hi, I’m Brooke
As a soon-to-be graduate with a Master of Science in Digital Marketing and Design from Brandeis GPS, and a Magna Cum Laude graduate from Gonzaga University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a minor in Digital Marketing, I am eager to continue building my career in the digital marketing field. Through my advanced coursework and professional experience, I’ve honed my skills in areas like search engine optimization (SEO), content strategy, and user experience design.
At DQS Inc., I worked as a Marketing Coordinator. In this role, I contributed to the enhancement of website SEO by updating metadata and optimizing internal/external links. I monitored and managed DQS Inc.’s social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, and assisted in the development and maintenance of website content, including service descriptions, benefits, event listings, and blogs. I also created and distributed a quarterly newsletter to update customers on company news and provide valuable insights.
At Golden Rule Wealth, I worked as a remote graphic designer, creating engaging visual content such as graphics, guides, and worksheets using Canva for online and social media marketing campaigns. I ensured consistent branding by updating graphics and banners on social media platforms.
During my time as a remote marketing intern at Castellan Solutions, I gained valuable experience in data management and customer experience optimization. I was responsible for identifying and resolving data errors in Pardot and Salesforce, creating customized Drift chatbots for web pages, and conducting keyword and positioning research using SEMrush to improve SEO efforts. I also reviewed content pieces for grammar and consistency before publication and generated reports and dashboards to support marketing initiatives.
Aside from my professional marketing experience, I also founded and managed a small dog walking business in Virginia. This experience taught me valuable skills in client management, service delivery, and organization.
To further my professional development, I have achieved several marketing certifications, including Google Ads, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, 6sense, SEMrush, and Drift. These certifications demonstrate my commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
I consider myself detail-oriented, reliable, and hardworking, and I am excited to bring these qualities to a professional digital marketing role. I am eager to continue learning and gaining experience in the field and to contribute my skills and knowledge to help businesses succeed in today’s digital landscape.
